Sisters of St. Francis – Sacred Heart Charitable Fund has two separate cycles for the completion of applications and disbursements of funds. Please keep the following timelines in mind when filling out your application.
Applications accepted only between January 1 – March 1
Applications due by: March 1
Applications reviewed by committee by: April 15
Awards disbursed or denied by: May 15
Awardee Report of How Grant Was Spent form emailed to awardees the following year by: April 1
Applications accepted only between July 1 – September 1
Applications due by: September 1
Applications reviewed by committee by: October 15
Awards disbursed or denied by: November 15
Awardee Report of How Grant Was Spent form emailed to awardees the following year by: October 1
